Scheduling and Site Access

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the job site, including clear property boundaries and any required HOA or neighbor permissions. Delays caused by site inaccessibility may result in rescheduling and additional charges.

Permits and Approvals

Unless stated in writing, you are responsible for obtaining permits, approvals, and utility location services. If we assist, you authorize us to act as your agent for such tasks.

Materials and Workmanship

We use quality materials and industry-standard installation practices. Natural variations in wood and other materials are expected. Any manufacturer warranties are passed to you, subject to their terms.

Payments

Deposits may be required to secure materials and scheduling. Invoices are due as stated. Late or missed payments may pause work and incur fees. We may retain a mechanic’s lien or similar rights as permitted by Texas law until payment is received.

Cancellations and Changes

Project cancellations or scope changes after materials are ordered or work has begun may incur restocking or labor charges. We will provide an updated quote for approval if scope changes occur.

Property Conditions

You are responsible for identifying underground utilities, sprinklers, or other hidden obstructions. We are not liable for damage to unmarked or inaccurately marked utilities or systems.

Photos and Portfolio

With your consent, we may photograph completed work for our records and portfolio. If you prefer we do not use photos, notify us in writing before project completion.

Limitation of Liability
