Guerrero Fencing LLC, known to customers as Guerrero Fences (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through guerrerofences.com, portal.guerrerofences.com, and our customer communications and services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you request an estimate, contact us, become a customer, or use the customer portal. This may include your name, phone numbers, email addresses, project address, property-owner details, project requirements, photos and documents you provide, accepted estimates, signed contracts, change orders, and payment records. For online estimate visits, this also includes your preferred appointment date and time, fence details, and communication choices.

We may also collect technical information needed to operate and protect our website and portal, such as IP addresses, browser information, sign-in activity, and electronic-signature records. We keep records of customer communication preferences, including SMS consent and opt-out requests.

How We Use Information

We use this information to respond to inquiries; prepare estimates; arrange appointments and installation; manage projects and customer records; process and confirm payments; provide documents and receipts; support customer accounts; maintain security; and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We manage estimate visits in our customer management system and company Google Calendar, and use the information you provide to send requested confirmations and reminders. Permission to receive appointment emails covers the requested estimate and visit; it does not enroll you in promotional email.

Payments

Online card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive information needed to identify the transaction and confirm its status. Please do not send full card numbers, banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email or text message.

Text Messages and Consent

With your permission, Guerrero Fencing LLC may send recurring text messages about estimate appointments, requested estimates, project documents, payment arrangements, and installation scheduling. Message frequency varies based on your project and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt in by giving express verbal permission to our representative during a phone call or in-person conversation after the SMS program is explained. You may also opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our online estimate booking form and submitting the form. This box is not selected by default. We record the consent wording, your choice, and the time of the request. Providing a phone number or purchasing a service does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring text messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting an estimate or purchasing a service.

To stop project text messages, reply STOP to a message from our messaging number. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP, call 956-322-7732, or email gu***********@***il.com. An opt-out does not cancel your project or change your payment obligations.

If you request a customer-portal sign-in code, that code is used to verify access to your account. Requesting a code does not enroll you in recurring project or promotional messages.

SMS Information and Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to affiliates, lead generators, or other businesses for their own marketing or messaging programs.

Service providers that deliver messages on our behalf may process the information necessary to provide that service. This does not authorize them to use your SMS consent for their own marketing.

Other Service Providers and Disclosures

We may provide information to service providers as needed for hosting, calendar scheduling, email and text-message delivery, payment processing, and performing your requested services. We may also disclose information when required by law or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or protect legal rights. These disclosures do not authorize the sale or transfer of SMS consent for another business’s marketing.

Cookies and Website Operation

Our website and portal may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as keeping you signed in and remembering preferences. Your browser settings allow you to manage cookies. Disabling necessary cookies may affect portal functionality.

Retention and Security

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Your Choices

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time using the methods above.

Third-Party Services

Our website may link to other websites or payment services. Their privacy policies govern information they collect directly from you.

Children’s Information

Our services are intended for adults arranging property improvements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when we do. Changes to this policy do not automatically enroll you in a new SMS program.
