Delivery Service
Delivery is our only option. We operate from a private warehouse that is not open to the public, and customer pick-up is not available under any circumstances. Our delivery service covers Mission, TX, and the greater Rio Grande Valley area. After you place your order, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule a delivery. Deliveries are typically completed within 3–5 business days. All deliveries are curb-side or job site drop-offs. Our team will unload materials in a safe and accessible location, such as your driveway.
Final Sale, Returns, and Exchanges
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and delivered, we cannot accept returns, process exchanges, or provide refunds. Please review your order carefully before purchasing to ensure correct items and quantities.
Wood Products
Wood is a natural material, and variations are expected. Some boards may include knots, minor cracks, warping, or other imperfections. These natural characteristics are not considered defects and do not affect structural integrity when properly installed. We cannot provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for wood products due to these natural variations. We supply industry-standard graded lumber but cannot guarantee uniformity in every piece.
