Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to materials and services purchased from Guerrero Fences in Texas, including the Rio Grande Valley, Corpus Christi, Laredo, and San Antonio.

Custom and Special-Order Materials

Custom-fabricated or special-order materials (including cut-to-size or color-specific items) are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered.

Stock Materials

Unopened, unused stock materials may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and a possible restocking fee. You are responsible for return transportation unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Services and Deposits

Deposits secure scheduling and materials. If you cancel after materials are ordered or work has begun, we may deduct actual costs incurred (materials, labor, mobilization) from any refund. Completed labor is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If materials arrive damaged or defective, notify us promptly so we can arrange repair, replacement, or a credit as appropriate. Manufacturer warranty terms may apply.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect returned items, subject to any applicable fees.
