These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://guerrerofences.com/ and any services provided by Guerrero Fences in Texas, including the Rio Grande Valley, Corpus Christi, Laredo, and San Antonio. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services and Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time and may change due to site conditions, material availability, design changes, or regulatory requirements. We will communicate adjustments for your approval before proceeding.

Scheduling and Site Access

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the job site, including clear property boundaries and any required HOA or neighbor permissions. Delays caused by site inaccessibility may result in rescheduling and additional charges.

Permits and Approvals

Unless stated in writing, you are responsible for obtaining permits, approvals, and utility location services. If we assist, you authorize us to act as your agent for such tasks.

Materials and Workmanship

We use quality materials and industry-standard installation practices. Natural variations in wood and other materials are expected. Any manufacturer warranties are passed to you, subject to their terms.

Payments

Deposits may be required to secure materials and scheduling. Invoices are due as stated. Late or missed payments may pause work and incur fees. We may retain a mechanic’s lien or similar rights as permitted by Texas law until payment is received.

Cancellations and Changes

Project cancellations or scope changes after materials are ordered or work has begun may incur restocking or labor charges. We will provide an updated quote for approval if scope changes occur.

Property Conditions

You are responsible for identifying underground utilities, sprinklers, or other hidden obstructions. We are not liable for damage to unmarked or inaccurately marked utilities or systems.

Photos and Portfolio

With your consent, we may photograph completed work for our records and portfolio. If you prefer we do not use photos, notify us in writing before project completion.

Website Use

Website content is for general information and is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You may not copy or misuse content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guerrero Fences is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 10, 2026

Program Name and Purpose

Guerrero Fencing LLC, known to customers as Guerrero Fences, offers optional project-related text messages. These messages may include estimate appointment confirmations and reminders, notifications that requested estimates or documents are available, payment arrangements and confirmations, and installation scheduling updates. Messages may contain links to our customer portal at https://portal.guerrerofences.com/.

Opting In

You may enroll by giving express verbal permission to a Guerrero Fencing LLC representative during a phone call or in-person conversation after the SMS program is explained. You may also opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on our online estimate booking form and submitting the form. This box is not selected by default. We record your SMS preference; for online bookings, we record the consent wording, your choice, and the time of the request. Consent is voluntary and is not required to request an estimate, purchase services, or use the customer portal. Giving us your phone number, signing a project contract, or accepting these general terms does not by itself enroll you in recurring text messages.

This program covers project-related communications. It does not enroll you in promotional or marketing messages.

Message Frequency and Charges

Messages may be recurring. Frequency varies based on project activity and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider determines any charges under your plan.

STOP — How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to a text message from our messaging number to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming the opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive recurring project texts through this program unless you provide new consent. Opting out does not cancel your project, payment obligations, or other requested services.

Sign-In Codes

One-time customer-portal verification codes are sent when requested for account access. Requesting a verification code does not enroll you in recurring project messages or promotional messages.

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact us directly for urgent project questions. If your phone number changes or you no longer control it, please tell us so we can update your records.

Project Agreements
